🕒 Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

✔️ Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
✔️ With original tags & packaging intact
✔️ Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

You changed your mind about the color, design, or style
The item has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only in the following cases:

The wrong product was delivered
The item received is defective or damaged

⚠️ Please Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Noor Fashion does not cover return courier fees.

Here's how our refund process works:

Step 2: Once approved, send the item back to our return address.
Step 3: After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Step 4: Refund will be transferred via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
